Adding a VAT number

Depending on your account settings we'll charge you a different VAT rate.

If you are located in the Netherlands or have not entered any VAT information, we'll charge 21% VAT.
Customers outside of the EU as well as those within the European Union that have entered a valid VAT number won't be charged any VAT.

To add or update a VAT number, choose Account from the menu on the left, then open Profile. Make sure your country is set and - if applicable - choose the type of VAT number you'd with to enter.

If you've entered a European VAT Number we'll check your details against the VIES service. Make sure your company name and address match those registered with the tax authority.
