When are my tests billed?

You can create as many Focal Insights tests as you would like and preview them free of charge.

Once you've recruited enough participants and have finished the acquisition phase we'll contact you to consolidate the participants. You can then remove any participants that did not meet your quality expectations.

When you're done, we'll invoice you based on the total duration of your test in minutes and the number of participants that have successfully completed your test.
