Where is my data stored?

All customer data, including stimuli and participant results, is stored in the European Union. Our infrastructure is hosted by Nefos in The Netherlands and Hetzner in Germany and Finland.

While our static websites are hosted by the American company CloudFlare, no customer data is transmitted to them at any time.

Promotional and transactional emails are sent through the French company SendInBlue.

Our company email is handled by Microsoft and Amazon. These companies may have access to any (confidential) information you send us by email.
